Translation to action: How global shifts show up in countries, partnerships, and delivery.
Building on the system-level view, Day 2 examines how these changes are experienced on the ground. The focus is on country leadership, cross-sector partnerships, and the practical realities of delivering access—across health systems, supply chains, and last-mile delivery. Sessions will highlight how coordination, technology, and partnership models translate global dynamics into real-world outcomes.

Opening remarks.

The global health landscape is being reshaped by geopolitical change, evolving partnerships, and new pressures on financing and delivery. This keynote explores how these forces are redefining the institutions, relationships, and systems that support health access worldwide.

Recent global discussions have emphasized stronger country leadership and more coordinated global health institutions. This conversation explores how those principles may reshape the architecture of global health cooperation in the years ahead.

National leaders are navigating changing financing environments, evolving partnerships, and rising health demands. This session explores how governments are translating global priorities into national policies and delivery strategies that expand access to medicines and strengthen health systems.

Innovative, affordable, and scalable care models are expanding access to quality healthcare in emerging health systems. Drawing on real-world implementation, this discussion highlights how new delivery and payment approaches can grow with demand while strengthening health system sustainability over time.  

Policy decisions within national systems play a critical role in access to care. This discussion examines how domestic policy is evolving and influencing health services, prevention efforts, and system resilience.

Designed to move beyond high-level commitments, this conversation examines how policy decisions, financing approaches, and market structures translate, or fail to translate, into sustained access on the ground. It explores how partnerships across public, private, and civil society actors are evolving; how market dynamics and procurement models influence availability and affordability; and how systems-level choices affect delivery at country and community levels.

This discussion focuses on real-world examples and examines what it takes to move promising technologies from pilot projects to scalable solutions.

Ensuring patients receive medicines and care requires reliable procurement, strong supply chains, and coordinated delivery systems. This discussion connects policy and financing debates with the operational realities of delivering health products and services where they are needed most.

Breakouts will carry forward key Day 2 discussions, translating insights into practical considerations while helping to seed the financing, resilience, and delivery conversations on Day 3.
