This session is designed to examine how countries and partners can build the financial, institutional, and delivery capacity required to respond to NCDs over the long term, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. It will explore how prevention, treatment, and chronic care models must evolve; what this shift means for health financing and workforce capacity; and how cross-sector partnerships can support more resilient systems.
